- A combination of 3+ years in a Product manager / Product owner role and at least 2 years' experience working for a payment processor, payment facilitator, digital or retail marketplace or an acquirer.
- In-depth knowledge of the payments industry and financial services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of how multi-seller businesses operate and how onboarding and financial processes are structured.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to get insights from data and act on it.
- Understanding of market trends and driver product development accordingly.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, both external and internal.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Leadership skills, ability to lead, motivate and coach team members to build a high-performing team.
- Excellent stakeholders' management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills. Fluent English.
