    Wir sind 2013 als Startup gestartet und seit 2019 Teil der erfolgreichen und internationalen StepStone und Axel Springer Gruppe.

    Als Head of Growth & Marketing wirst du ein zentraler und wichtiger Teil unserer weiteren Erfolgsgeschichte und des Studydrive-Teams in Berlin-Neukölln.

    Growth Strategy: Du optimierst bestehende und entwickelst neue Growth Strategien mit dem Ziel unser internationales Wachstum noch effizienter und skalierbarer zu gestalten
    - Data Analytics & Growth Scaling: Daten sind die Grundlage für deine Entscheidungen. Zusammen mit deinem Team tauchst du tief in unsere Daten ein und identifizierst so klare Wachstumschancen in unterschiedlichen Märkten. Leadership: Du führst ein vielseitiges Team aus B2C & B2B Expert:innen, forderst und förderst Deine Teammitglieder und treibst die Weiterentwicklung des Growth & Marketing Teams fachlich und disziplinarisch voran
    - Teamwork @Studydrive: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Growth, BI und B2B Teams zusammen, um deine Strategien in die Tat umzusetzen

    Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing und oder Growth Bereich und mindestens 3 Jahre in einer ähnlichen verantwortungsvollen Führungsposition
    - Du hast eine hohe Leidenschaft sowie ein breites Marketing & Expansion Fachwissen und könntest Dich stundenlang über Daten & managen von Projekten austauschen.
    - Du hast Erfahrung im B2C und B2B Marketing Bereich und hast sowohl den Blick, als auch das Wissen dafür, was die Zielgruppe sehen möchte und was das erweiterte Marktumfeld ausmacht.
    - Du hast Erfahrungen im Performance Marketing
    - Du sorgst mit dem Team für die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von qualitativen Bildungs- und Karriere Inhalten und steuerst deren Ausspielung anhand der Channel Strategie
    - Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrungen in der Strategieentwicklung, Initiativen-Planung und Budgetverantwortung
    - Du überzeugst mit starken Projekt Management Skills, Kreativität und analytischem sowie datenorientiertem Denken
    - Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

    Dich erwartet eine Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitstelle mit unbefristetem Vertrag
    - Du erhältst 30 Urlaubstage pro Jahr, flexible Arbeitszeiten und Home-Office Möglichkeiten
