    Mit prompters-punkt-io bauen wir eine neue Job- und Expertenplattform rund um Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) in Deutschland auf. Hier finden Unternehmen festangestellte Mitarbeitende oder Dienstleister, die sie hands-on in das Zeitalter der (Generativen) Künstlichen Intelligenz führen – und damit deutlich produktiver machen.

    Die Welt der KI entwickelt sich derzeit rasant und bietet viele Möglichkeiten, die Geschäftswelt zu revolutionieren. Zum initialen Aufbau unseres Talentpools und zur späteren Vermittlung an Unternehmen suchen wir KI-Profis wie dich in verschiedenen Disziplinen.

    Dieses Mal geht es um das Einsatzgebiet:

    Conversational AI, KI Dialogsysteme, Chatbots für professionelle Einsatz-Szenarien

    Du bist auf die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Conversational AI-Systemen spezialisiert, kannst Unternehmen in die Welt der intelligenten automatisierten Kommunikation begleiten und den gewünschten ROI (return -on-invest) erzielen.

    Aufgaben


    Zu deinen möglichen Aufgaben gehören:

    • Generelle Beratung von Unternehmen bei der Auswahl von Conversational AI Lösungen
    • Konzeption, Aufbau und Betreuung konkreter Conversational AI-Lösungen für verschiedene Branchen
    • Einrichtung & Konfiguration der Chatbot-Systeme nach den Anforderungen und Prozessen der Unternehmen
    • Training und Überwachung der Sprachmodelle der Chatbots
    • Durchführung von Schulungen & Workshops, um eine effektive Nutzung der Systeme zu gewährleisten
    • Kontinuierliche Überwachung, Neujustierung und Optimierung der System-Performance
    • Support & Troubleshooting

    Die Welt der Conversational AI bietet eine breite Palette an Anwendungsfeldern und Einsatzgebieten, die sich über zahlreiche Branchen erstrecken. Als Conversational AI Experte wirst du in vielfältigen Projekten arbeiten, die von der Automatisierung des Kundenservices bis hin zur internen Prozessoptimierung reichen.

    Typische Anwendungsfelder umfassen u.a.:

    • Kundenservice & Support: Automatisierung häufig gestellter Fragen, Beschwerdemanagement, Buchungen und Bestellungen
    • Interner Support: IT-Helpdesk, HR-Support und interne Prozessautomatisierung
    • Vertrieb und Marketing: Lead-Qualifizierung, Produktempfehlungen und Kundenbindung
    • HR & Recruiting: Erstinformationen, grundsätzliche Vorqualifikation, Bewerbungs-Eingang, Status-Updates, interne HR-Organisation

    Das Ganze in verschiedenen Branchen mit hohem Kunden- und Kommunikationsaufkommen, wie u.a.:

    • E-Commerce, Handel
    • IT & Software
    • Telekommunikation
    • Energieversorgung
    • Banken, Versicherungen, Finanzen & Investments
    • Gesundheitswesen

    Die Implementierung der Lösungen erfolgt sowohl in Cloud-Infrastrukturen (AWS, Azure, GCP) als auch in On-Premise-Infrastrukturen.

    Qualifikation


    Was du dafür mitbringst:

    • Ein unternehmerisches Verständnis für den Einsatz von KI-Lösungen, die für Unternehmen tatsächlich Wirkung entfalten.
    • Eine Ausbildung in einem Bereich, der nah an Technologie, Sprache, Kommunikation oder KI ist sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
    • Praxis-Erfahrung mit Conversational AI Systemen und Chatbot-Plattformen wie Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, IBM Watson Assistant, ChatGPT, LaMDA, LUIS, Cognigy, moinAI, melibo, heronOS, BOTfriends, etc.
    • Nice-to-have (kein Muss): Kenntnisse in NLP und Machine Learning
    • Nice-to-have (kein Muss): Programmier- und Scripting-Know-how
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
    • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und das Talent, komplexe Konzepte klar und verständlich zu erklären
    • Du bist offen, kommunikativ und liebst es, in dynamischen Umfeldern zu arbeiten, dort gefragt und gefordert zu werden – weil dich das weiterbringt.
