- Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Bewertung der Leistungen der Auslagerungsunternehmen in Form von Qualitätsmanagement-Audits
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Geschäftsbesorgungsverträge
- Koordination, Bearbeitung, Kommunikation und Reduzierung der Minderleistungen von Auslagerungsunternehmen
- Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen, die mit den ausgelagerten Tätigkeiten zusammenhängen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Geschäftsbesorgungsverträgen in Abstimmung mit der Rechtsabteilung
- Erstellung Risikoanalysen für neue Auslagerungen
- Kommunikation mit gruppeninternen und externen Partnern sowie Betreuung der externen Prüfer
- Überwachung von Änderungen der rechtlichen Anforderungen (KAGB, AIFM-VO, KAMaRisk)
- Gut abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder juristisches Studium und/oder
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und/oder der Prüfung im investmentrechtlichen Bereich, der Revision oder ähnlichen Feldern,
- Gute Kenntnisse im Investmentrecht, IT-Affinität,
- Gute Englisch- und EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich MS-Office
- Selbständiger Arbeitsstil, Durchsetzungsstärke, hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
