- Beratung und Abstimmung mit Kunden
- Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
- Organisation und Betreuung von Produktionen und Events
- Erstellung von Projektcontrollings und Vorbereitung von Verträgen
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, optimalerweise im Agenturumfeld und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Automobilbranche.
- Multitasking-Projektmanagement-Talent: Vielfältige Aufgaben bringen dich nicht aus dem Konzept und du hast unterschiedliche Projekte, Timings und Finanzen immer im Blick. Aufgaben arbeitest du nicht nur stupide ab, sondern treibst Projekte und Events proaktiv voran.
- Präsentationstalent: Du erstellst ansprechende Präsentationen und trägst diese selbstbewusst und kompetent vor.
- Social Media: Du kennst alle relevanten Social Media Plattformen in- und auswendig und bist immer auf der Suche nach neuen Trends.
- Contentproduktion: Du hast Erfahrung mit Projekten rund um die Produktion von Foto- und Videoinhalten, vorzugsweise für Social Media.
- Soft-Skills: Du bist zuverlässig und immer lösungsorientiert, hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends und kennst dich im Influencer-Business aus.
- Herausforderung: Wir arbeiten für internationale Konzerne, traditionsreichen Mittelstand oder frisch geschlüpfte Start-ups. An spannenden Projekten mangelt es nicht.
- Flexibilität: Bei uns hast du ein Arbeitszeitkonto und genießt einen Überstundenausgleich, du entscheidest dich für Freizeit oder Auszahlung. Außerdem sind wir offen gegenüber aller Art von Teilzeitmodellen (50 %, 80 %, etc.), falls du keine 40 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten möchtest. Und für noch mehr Flexibilität bieten wir dir eine Sabbatical Möglichkeit nach mind. einem Jahr bei uns.
