    Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

    Für unseren Kunden Airbus Defence and Space am Standort Manching sind Sie als Program Quality Manager Combat & MRO (m/w/d) tätig.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

    - Umsetzung der vertraglichen Kundenanforderungen in den Programmen, intern in den Qualitätsbereichen, in allen CoCs sowie bei den Unterlieferanten- Überwachung der Einhaltung der im Programm vorgegebenen Prozesse Überarbeitung/ Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse zusammen mit den Program Quality Managern und den Ansprechpartnern in den Qualitätsbereichen - Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deutschen Kunden (z. B. BAAINBw ZtQ/ BAAINBw/ BMVg)- Teilnahme an Meetings intern und extern- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Konzerninitiativen zur Qualitätsverbesserung- Sicherstellung der Berücksichtigung der Q-Abteilung in allen Angeboten- Unterstützung bei EAC, OP, Preisprüfungen im EF Programm - Unterstützung in Planungsthemen, Verbesserungsinitiativen

    Ihr Profil:

    - Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation- Erfahrung in militärischen Luftfahrtprogrammen , bevorzugt in Quality Funktion - Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden und in der Durchführung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen - Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mittlerer oder großer Projekte - Praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung der EN9100, AQAP und EASA/ EMAR/ DEMAR Anforderungen- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
