- Providing 1st level technical support via phone, email, ticketing system and in person;
- Installation of hardware (workstations, printers, scanners, ...) and software components and support their smooth operation and assist in on-boarding and off-boarding of staff;
- Create user accounts and email addresses;
- Participation in projects around IT service operations;
- Creation and maintenance of user manuals and IT support documentation.
- Enrolled at a German University for the duration of the contract in an IT focused field of studies. (Hertie students cannot be considered for this opportunity)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows server environment and Microsoft 365;
- Excellent oral and written skill in English;
- Hands-on approach and pro-active service orientation.
