  • Das Team besteht aus technisch versierten Engineers und Architekten im Bereich Weiterentwicklung für Customized Microsoft Azure Platform und deren Betrieb sowie für den Betrieb von Business Apps in agiler Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler- und Testteams
  • Das Aufgabenspektrum reicht von Projektarbeit zu Automatisierungen und Plattformerweiterungen sowie von Cloud Transitions von Business Apps, das Service Management und die Serviceleistungen für die Operations dieser Business Apps

    • Das Das Erwartet dich als Teamleiter (m/w/d)

  • Du übernimmst die disziplinarische Leitung für ca. 40 Mitarbeitende und bist für alle entsprechenden Themen verantwortlich
  • Durch Vertrauen und Expertise entwickelst du deine Mitarbeitenden entsprechend ihrer Stärken und der strategischen Ausrichtung weiter
  • Für dein Team wirst du Ziele-Setzer*in, Struktur-Geber*in und Motivator*in sein
  • Du bist dafür verantwortlich, neues Personal für dein Team zu gewinnen und arbeitest dahingehend eng mit unserem Recruiting-Bereich zusammen
  • Du übernimmst die Personal- und Compliance-Prozesse deines Teams, führst Mitarbeitergespräche und verantwortest ihre fachliche und monetäre Entwicklung
  • Weiterhin bist du anteilig in Projekten oder weiteren fachlichen Aufgaben operativ involviert
  • Die Mitwirkung an strategischen Portfolio-Themen runden deine Arbeit ab

  • Führungskompetenz und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kolleg*innen und Kund*innen
  • Unternehmerisches Handeln und Fähigkeit, dies für deine Mitarbeitenden zu übersetzen
