- Du möchtest wichtige Impulse setzen? Du bist eine treibende und gestaltende Kraft des unternehmensweiten Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du magst gerne strukturierte Prozesse? Du verantwortest und entwickelst das Umwelt- und Energiemanagement nach DIN EN ISO 14001 und DIN EN ISO 50001 weiter.
- Möchtest du was bewegen? Du leitest Maßnahmen für das Umwelt- und Energiemanagement entsprechend der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie ab und setzt diese um.
- Effizienz ist deine Leidenschaft? Du erstellst interne und externe Reportings nach den Anforderungen der CSRD und hast alle Kennzahlen im Griff.
- Abschluss: Studium der Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, ESG, Sustainability oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrungen im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement hinsichtlich wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge und CSR-Reporting-Standards wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Umwelt- / Energiemanagement wünschenswert
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Konzeptionelle, analytische und zielorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Sprachgewandtheit, Organisations-, Überzeugungs- und Teamfähigkeit
