    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Durchführung von Produkt-, Markt-, Bedarfs- und Absatzanalysen, um die Marktposition unseres Unternehmens zu stärken und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.
    • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Bewertungs- und Empfehlungslogiken, um die Effizienz und Qualität unserer Versicherungsprodukte kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
    • Auf- und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu Projektpartnern, um das Portfolio an Versicherungsprodukten zu erweitern und den Kundenbedürfnissen gerecht zu werden.
    • Controlling und Überwachung der Leistung unserer Versicherungsprodukte auf dem Markt, um Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und entsprechend zu reagieren.
    • Orchestrierung aller Anbindungsthemen zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.
    • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Versicherungsgeschäfts und Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Optimierung der Versicherungsprozesse.

    Qualifikation

    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Finanzsektor, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position.
    • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Versicherung und Finanzen, idealerweiser Fachwirt für Versicherungs und Finanzen,
    • Du hast tiefe Kenntnisse für Sachversicherung. und gute Kenntnisse in der Lebens- und Krankenversicherung
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Produktentwicklung, Marktanalyse und im Projektmanagement.
    • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
    • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
    • Organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft.
