Deine Aufgaben

Leitung von Prozessautomatisierungsprojekten unter Einsatz von No-Code/Low-Code-Plattformen bei unseren Kunden.
Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen zur Entwicklung effizienter Automatisierungslösungen.
Arbeit in multidisziplinären Teams, gegebenenfalls mit Teamführung.
Einsatz deines analytischen Denkvermögens und deiner Kommunikationsstärke im täglichen Geschäft.
Förderung der Integration von Technologie und Geschäftsprozessen.

Dein Profil

Hochschulabschluss in einem MINT-Fach oder BWL, alternativ eine Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich.
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur klaren, effektiven Kommunikation komplexer technischer Konzepte.
Standhaftigkeit in herausfordernden Situationen und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz.
Teamfähigkeit, fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität.

Fachliche Skills

Fundiertes Wissen Design und Visualisierung von Geschäftsprozessen inkl. BPMN 2.0
Erfahrungen mit No-Code/Low-Code-Plattformen wie Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems oder Mendix.
Technische Grundkenntnisse in Programmierung und Datenbankmanagement.
Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, inklusive Zeitmanagement, Ressourcenplanung und Stakeholder-Kommunikation.
Tiefes Verständnis für Datenschutz, Compliance und Sicherheitsstandards im Kontext der Prozessautomatisierung.
