    Senior IT Systems Engineer (VMware) Design und Implementation (m/w/d)

    Die Verantwortung der Abteilung Service Integra­tion liegt in der techni­schen Entwick­lung und Imple­mentie­rung von Lö­sungen und Pro­dukten (Ser­vices) auf der Platt­form- und Appli­kations­ebene sowie in der Integra­tion der Ser­vices in die jewei­ligen Betriebs­einheiten. Darü­ber hinaus verant­wortet die Abtei­lung das gesam­te Auf­trags- und Projekt­manage­ment. Seit April 2024 agiert die noris network AG als einer von welt­weit nur 100 VMware-Cloud-Service­providern (VCSP) mit dem Pinnacle-Partner-Status. Durch diesen beson­deren Partner­status kön­nen wir auch zukünf­tig Best-in-Class-Cloud-Servi­ces auf Basis von VMware an­bieten.

    Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Weiterent­wicklung von virtu­ellen Land­schaf­ten, IT-Archi­tekturen und Pro­zessen im VMware-Umfeld unter Ver­wendung des VMware-Techno­logie-Stacks (u. a. vCloud Director, VCF, NSX-T, vSAN und vRealize Suite)
  • Verfolgung der im Cloud-Bereich statt­fin­denden Innova­tionen sowie enge Zusammen­arbeit mit unse­ren Her­stellern und Part­nern
  • Evaluierung und Bewertung von neuen Pro­dukten bzw. Lösun­gen im Virtua­lisierungs­umfeld
  • Intensive Kollaboration innerhalb eines inter­diszipli­nären Teams mit Kolle­gen aus den Berei­chen Storage, Netz­werk und Security
  • Unterstützung sowie techni­sche Bera­tung bei der Ange­bots­erstel­lung im Solution Design
  • Technische Teil­projekt­leitung bei komp­lexen Data­center-Pro­jekten

    • Deine Talente:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, fachspezifische Berufs­aus­bildung zum Fach­informa­tiker (m/w/d) für System­integra­tion oder eine ver­gleich­bare Qualifi­kation
  • Know-how im Aufbau und Betrieb großer virtu­eller Infra­struk­turen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Software-defined Data­center (SDDC) / Software-defined Net­working (SDN) von Vor­teil
  • VMware-Zertifizie­rungen von Vor­teil
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Moti­vation, sich in neue Auf­gaben sowie Techno­logien ein­zu­bringen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kennt­nisse in Wort und Schrift
