About the role
As a Huuva General Manager, you have full ownership of your market - essentially meaning that you are the CEO of a startup within a startup. Your mission is to build a world-class team and create a step-change in Germany's delivery food offering, support local food creators to prosper and drive sustainable growth for the entire industry.
You'll own the P&L for your market and will be building the operation and growing the market while maintaining a healthy level of profitability. Your work requires analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, marketing skills, restaurant partnerships and building a kitchen operation with the support of our world-class technology team.
While we'll provide you with a lot of help and support, you are also expected to strive as an independent manager and have an exceptional ability to execute every day.
