- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertrags- und Wirtschaftsrecht, entweder als Unternehmensjurist oder in einer Kanzlei
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einem pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Beratungsansatz
- Interesse an operativen und strategischen Prozessen sowie Fähigkeit, rechtliche und kommerzielle Strukturen und Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und zu bewerten
