Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will support our customers in mastering the challenges of all areas of their business, especially in the CFO-Office but also in other operational departments. The goal is to cover central planning, reporting and analysis processes with our own software solution Jedox in a customer specific and centric manner. Together with the customer, you will develop specialized concepts and implement powerful and innovative planning, reporting and analysis processes in various areas of Financial Planning and other operational business categories; you are a trusted advisor of technical and functional implementation areas.

• Act as a subject matter expert for customers, partners and colleagues, providing insights and thought leadership in the field of Financial and Operational Planning and Analytics (Enterprise Performance Management).
• Help our customers succeed with your conceptual expertise and implementation skills
• Provide strategic guidance to customers on best practices and industry trends in Financial and/or Operational Planning and Analytics (Enterprise Performance Management).
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand business goals and align software solutions accordingly.
• Develop recommendations for the modification of business processes required for the successful introduction and accompany the change process at the customer, which is triggered by the introduction of new planning processes with Jedox software.
• Lead design workshops with the customer and the Jedox Implementation Team.
• Lead the results into an implementation concept and secure the value realisation & recognition for our customers.
• Acquire knowledge about the specific characteristics of the Jedox software implementation in order to make decisions about the essential architecture of the data in the Jedox application.
• Coach less experienced consultants to support our cooperative team culture
• Work closely with our go-to-market teams to ensure we have the best possible understanding of the customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers to provide customer feedback on product requirements
• Bring in ideas for innovations and adoption for the product roadmap.

Your Profile

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or related field
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in in consulting, controlling, accounting or an operational business department
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to communicate effectively with c-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with software products that support collaborative process in FP&A or other areas of EPM
• Project Management experience or experience in a SCRUM team desired
• Affinity for service excellence and a collaborative style
• Collegial, open and down to earth personality
• Fluency in German required, Business fluent in English preferred
