- Du unterstützt den Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Projekten der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie bei SCHWENK.
- Mit Blick auf die Unternehmensziele kümmerst Du Dich um die operative Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte sowie die Überwachung der Fortschritte.
- Die Vor- und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen und Berichten zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen für den CSO fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
- Du kommunizierst mit internen und externen Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit.
- Du koordinierst Finanzmitteln für Nachhaltigkeitstransformationsprojekte, einschließlich der Beantragung von Klimaschutzverträgen und Mitteln aus dem EU-Innovationsfonds.
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder technisches Studium mit kaufmännischen Grundlagen– idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- ausgezeichnetes Organisationsvermögen, Eigenständigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
- starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit diversen Stakeholdern
