    Join our team as a Key Account Associate in Hamburg, to be pivotal in understanding and meeting customer needs and retaining long-term partnerships

    Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships
  • Strategically promote and sell customer-specific solutions, products, and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct professional consultations with customers on a national and international scale to address needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate in the development of product and sales strategies to align with customer requirements and market trends.
  • Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, terms, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Identify new market potentials, develop forecasts, and implement budget plans to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental tasks to support project progress and ensure seamless execution tailored to customer needs.

    We are looking for:

  • Completed degree in Business Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or similar role.
  • Fluency in German and English , proficiency in Mandarin desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Customer-centric and quality-oriented mindset.​
  • Environmentally conscious and sustainable approach.
  • Service provider-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Dependability, accountability, and collaborative spirit.
  • Strong analytical understanding.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience.
