- Leadproduction and quality control teams
- Responsible for the development of workflow processes and new software tools
- Develop new manufacturing and quality control processes according toapplicable standards (ECSS/FAA/ISO9000)
- Advises/assists other engineers with design-to-manufacturing anddesign-to-cost experience
- Serves as knowledge resource for special manufacturing processes, workflowsand tools
- Lead internal and external quality control audits
- Plan and execute launch vehicle manufacturing, integration and acceptancetest campaigns to stringent schedules
- Identify critical processes and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure employees are motivated and productive
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in the space domain, ideally in the launchvehicle field
- Relevant experience in the field of launch vehicle or spacecraftmanufacturing, supply chain, quality inspection and industrial processes
- Experience with six-sigma strategies to improve manufacturing quality
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and experience with agile management techniques
- A creative thinker and innovator: able to devise and employ ingenioussolutions to difficult manufacturing and inspection problems
- Master's or bachelor's degree in the engineering domain
- Business fluent English oral and written (day-to-day activities are performedin English)
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Strong cost and risk awareness
- Experience working with revision control systems, PLM systems and qualitycontrol documentation
- Passionate about delivering rigorous follow-through on projected timeline
