- Als Fullstack Developer und Consultant (w/d/m) schreibst du nicht nur Clean Code, du arbeitest in crossfunktionalen, agilen Teams an vielfältigen Kundenprojekten und kommst dabei mit neuen, spannenden Technologien in Berührung
- Zusammen mit deinem Team berätst du unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl geeigneter Vorgehensmodelle, Aufwandsschätzungen und Softwarearchitekturen und bist am gesamten Softwarelebenszyklus beteiligt
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen, entwirfst und implementierst Individualsoftware-Lösungen und sorgst auch für gute Dokumentation
- Du behältst stets die Softwarequalität auf dem Schirm und bedienst dich dabei verschiedener Möglichkeiten wie Unit- und Integrationstests, Pair Programming oder Architektur- und Code-Reviews
- Um unseren Kunden den besten Service zu bieten, gehört bei uns regelmäßige Weiterbildung zur Arbeitszeit. Dabei lernst du neue Technologien und Methoden, teilst dein Wissen mit Kolleg*innen, Kunden und der Community und kannst dein erworbenes Wissen innerhalb vielseitiger Projekte einsetzen
- Dank der entsprechenden Berufserfahrung verfolgst du den Fullstack-Ansatz und fühlst dich sowohl im Backend, als auch im Frontend wohl
- Du arbeitest gerne agil, verstehst aber auch, dass nicht alle Kunden Agilität kennen und schätzen wie wir
- Du bist Team Player, schätzt offene Kommunikation, lernst gerne von anderen und teilst dein Wissen
- Du willst an spannenden Kundenprojekten arbeiten und dabei unterschiedliche Technologien nutzen und hast gute Kenntnisse in einigen dieser Technologien (z. B. Java, Spring Framework inkl. Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security etc., ReactJS, Redux, Scala, Typescript, React Native, MongoDB, Maven, Jenkins, Git, Gitlab, Azure, AWS, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, JUnit)
- Beratung liegt dir und du kannst dir vorstellen, unsere Kunden technologisch oder/und methodisch zu schulen. Dafür bringst du eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mit
- Ob remote oder im Büro – du entscheidest, wie und wo du arbeitest, solange es mit deinem Projekt und deinem Team abgestimmt ist
- OffProject Time – Den Großteil deiner Zeit arbeitest du in Kundenprojekten. Ca. 20 % deiner Arbeitszeit stehen dir für Weiterbildung, Community Engagement mit Außenwirkung, Standort Weiterentwicklung oder interne Initiativen zur Verfügung
- Du genießt Projekt- sowie Kundenvielfalt und arbeitest selbstorganisiert und eigenverantwortlich mit neuesten Technologien in crossfunktionalen Teams
- Du suchst dir deine komplette Hardware inkl. OS, auf dem du arbeiten möchtest, selbst aus – Privatgebrauch inklusive
