- Sicherstellung von sicheren Wartungsstillständen
- Weiterentwicklung der Anlageneffizienz mit Schwerpunkt auf die Optimierung der technischen Verfügbarkeit, Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit und Instandhaltungskosten
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Wartungsstillstände in der geplanten Zeit
- Coachen und Schulen der relevanten Mitarbeiter in Instandhaltungsthemen
- Implementierung eines Basic Standard Condition Ansatzes in Verbindung mit Kostenreduzierung
- Bindeglied zwischen Instandhaltung und Produktion mit der Balancierung der strukturierten
- Sicherstellung der Instandhaltung nach DIN / EN 31051 der zugewiesenen Produktionsanlagen.
- Verantwortung und Koordination der Wartungs- Inspektions- Reparatur- und Verbesserungsarbeiten nach modernen und zeitgerechten Methoden wie . TPM.
- Berichterstattung über Instandhaltungs-KPIs wie BD, MTBF, MTTR, Effizienz der gepl. Stillstände usw.
- Planung der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der IH-KPI's
- EAM Aufträge für die Linien auf dem neuesten Stand halten, nach Prioritäten koordinieren.
- Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Ersatzteilbevorratung
- Teilnahme an DOM Meetings
- Teilnahme an den wöchentlichen Planungsbesprechungen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Stillstandsbesprechungen und Stillstands-programmen
- Weiterentwicklung von zustandsorientierten Instandhaltungsprogrammen in EAM
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der O&S Standards
- Ausbildung als Meister in einem Metall- oder Elektroberuf
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (inklusive Lists)
- Kenntnisse in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Meister wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft Veränderungen / Verbesserungen in der Instandhaltung voranzutreiben.
