The Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS) is a research institute of the Leib-niz Association and an internationally renowned institute in the field of aerosol and cloud re-search.
TROPOS researches aerosols and aerosol-cloud interactions within the framework of numerous projects with mostly internal interdepartmental and external cooperation in Germany, Europe and worldwide. To support the institute management in the further development and implementation of cooperations and strategies, we are looking for a person from the scientific environment of aerosol and cloud research who has a high interest in coordinating activities. These should be both internal and external and range from participation in Leibniz Association committees to supporting the management in the strategic development of the institute's mission. Overall, the work should cover the following spectrum:

The ideal starting date would be The position is initially limited to two years and includes a full-time position with 40 hours/week and can also be performed part-time if necessary. The salary will be TV-L pay group 13, including the attractive social benefits of the public sector.
