- Business Controlling: Du bist Ansprechpartner für alle Controlling Themen und verantwortlich für AdHoc-Analysen und Liquiditätsmanagement
- Reporting: Du verantwortest den Auf- bzw. Ausbau von finanziellen und KPI-getriebenen Reportings, unserer betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerungsinstrumente und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management/Board/ Gesellschafterversammlung vor
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management: Du arbeitest als Sparring Partner eng mit unserem Leadership Team unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Finanzierungsrunden
- Automatisierung: Du setzt selbständig Business-Intelligence-Dashboards auf und schaffst Prozesse, die eine schnelle Bereitstellung von Reportings ermöglichen sowie manuelle Arbeit zu reduzieren.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bankwesen
- Du kannst erste Berufserfahrungen oder einschlägige Praktika im Bereich Finance und Controlling oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, bei Banken oder VCs vorweisen
- Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Sicherheit im Umgang mit großen Zahlen- und Datenmengen
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finance & Controlling, Unternehmenssteuerung und Entrepreneurial Finance
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel), ein Plus sind Kenntnisse in VBA-Programmierung und/oder Power BI
- Mit deiner zuverlässigen und gut organisierten Arbeitsweise übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung, klare Kommunikation und Team Play sind für dich selbstverständlich
