- Dein Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt liegt auf der Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Umsatzsteuererklärungen für in- und ausländische Gesellschaften in Deutschland
- In Deiner Rolle bist Du außerdem gelegentlich Ansprechpartner für die deutschen und europäischen Magna Gesellschaften für umsatzsteuerliche Themen und berätst diese zu aktuellen nationalen und internationalen Fragen zu indirekten Steuern.
- Du arbeitest mit an der Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems und weiteren Tools
- Außerdem entwickelst Du unsere umsatzsteuerlichen Reportings und unsere internen Kontrollen weiter.
- Du begleitest und koordinierst selbständig bereichsübergreifende Projekte hinsichtlich umsatzsteuerlicher Fragestellungen
- Du stellst die korrekte Abbildung von Geschäftsvorfällen in den ERP-Systemen sicher (u.a. Umsatzsteuerfindung in SAP).
- Du betreust die (umsatzsteuerlichen) Betriebsprüfungen und bearbeitest Anfragen der in- und ausländischen Steuerbehörden.
- Du koordinierst die umsatzsteuerlichen Deklarationspflichten und kümmerst dich um die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung dieser Arbeitsabläufe.
- Du unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Tax Compliance Management Systems
- Du verfolgst proaktiv neue Gesetzgebungen und Rechtsprechungen im Bereich Umsatzsteuer, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und setzt diese um.
- Dein Expertenwissen auf dem Gebiet der Umsatzsteuer teilst Du im Rahmen von Schulungen.
