    Deine Aufgaben


    Der Bikeleasing-Service ist als Dienstrad-Anbieter auf steilem Erfolgskurs und befindet sich in einer spannenden Phase des Umbaus und des rasanten Wachstums. In dieser Übergangszeit haben wir eine strategische Entscheidung getroffen: Wir holen die gesamte Software- und Produktentwicklung inhouse und setzen voll auf agile Methoden. Das bedeutet auch, dass ein Umbau im Technologie-Bereich nötig ist und unsere Systeme weiterentwickelt werden müssen. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil dabei ist unser CRM-System. Es dient als Fundament für die Ausführung wesentlicher Business-Prozesse und wird seit acht Jahren kontinuierlich verbessert. Als Backend unserer IT-Landschaft ist es über diverse Schnittstellen mit dem PHP-basierten Frontend (dem Bikeleasing-Portal) gekoppelt. Und weil das System auch in Zukunft weiterentwickelt und verbessert werden soll, brauchen wir Dich als (Junior) CRM Developer (m/w/d) an unserer Seite Deine Hauptaufgabe wird es sein, Workflows anzupassen, Automationen zu erstellen und programmatische Änderungen mittels C# durchzuführen. Du verstehst, wie wichtig die stetige Verbesserung der Systeme, insbesondere in einer starken Umbruchphase, ist? Dann freuen wir uns auf Deine Bewerbung

    • Du verstehst und erkennst die Architektur und Zusammenhänge unseres CRM-Systems
    • Du führst Konfigurations- und Programmieraufgaben in unseren MS Dynamics CRM-System durch
    • Dabei erkennst Du Verbesserungspotenzial und nimmst mit der Umsetzung positiven Einfluss auf unsere Business-Prozesse
    • Zur Verbesserung unseres CRMs schreibst Du saubere und korrekte C#-Codes
    • Du arbeitest in unseren agilen Teams mit und treibst mit uns gemeinsam da Thema Agilität voran

    Deine Stärken

    • Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Dynamics 365 CRM mit
    • Deine Informatik- und Programmierungs-Skills sind unser Plus
    • Bestenfalls kennst Du Dich bereits mit C# aus
    • Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest gerne mit agilen Methoden
    • Du liebst es, lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch zu arbeiten
