    Das sind deine Aufgaben:

    • Als Activation Manager arbeitest du im Customer Success Team und hast damit ähnliche Aufgaben wie deine Kolleg*innen im Customer Success Team
    • Zusätzlich ist dein Ziel sicherzustellen, dass die neugewonnen Kund*innen erfolgreich Superchat nutzen und die Potentiale der Software erkennen
    • Damit stellst du sicher, dass Neu-Kund*innen zufrieden sind, Superchat langfristig nutzen und an ihr Netzwerk weiterempfehlen
    • Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team bei Verhandlungen mit potenziellen Schlüsselkund*innnen
    • Du übernimmst Onboardings und Training Sessions, begleitest deine Kund*innen durch deren gesamten Implementierungsprozess und unterstützt sie proaktiv beim Erreichen gemeinsam gesetzter Ziele
    • Du fungierst als Sparring Partner*in für unsere Kund*innen hinsichtlich der Nutzung unserer Software und erarbeitest eigenständig Lösungsansätze, um unsere Kund*innen nachhaltig zu schulen
    • Du vertrittst die Interessen deiner Kund*innen gegenüber internen Teams und kommunizierst diese an das Produkt-Team, um unser Produkt stetig zu verbessern und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software zu gewährleisten
    • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales- und Produkt-Team implementierst du neue Prozesse und Tools
    • Du hast außerdem die Möglichkeit Projekte zu übernehmen, die dich sonst noch interessieren

    • Du bist kreativ, offen und kommunikationsstark mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen
