    Du bist ein Organisationstalent? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig, denn das Team hinter dem Team braucht Support. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Operations unterstützt du unser Team und sorgst dafür, dass unsere operativen Einheiten reibungslos arbeiten können.

    Was Du machst:

    In dieser vielseitigen Rolle unterstützt Du uns in den Bereichen Operations, IT, Office Management und Empfang. Deine Aufgaben umfassen je nach Bedarf unter anderem:

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von internen Projekten.
  • Mithilfe bei der monatlichen Abwicklung aller IT-Systeme und dem Thema Lizenzmanagement.
  • Übernahme von klassischen Office Management und Empfangsaufgaben

    • Was Du mitbringst:

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d)
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einer offenen, freundlichen und proaktiven Persönlichkeit
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgaben einzuarbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Google Workspace oder Microsoft 365
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
