- Sie werden für die Geschäftsentwicklung einer Auswahl von Lebensmittelzutaten in verschiedenen Branchen der Lebensmittelindustrie verantwortlich sein.
- Entwicklung einer Handels- und Produktstrategie für bestimmte Inhaltsstoffe
- Analyse des Marktes und der Produktpalette unserer Lieferanten, um neue Potenziale zu finden
- Aufbau einer engen Beziehung zu unseren Lieferanten und Kunden
- Besuche bei Kunden, Analyse ihrer Bedürfnisse, Erstellung von Wertvorschlägen
- Teilnahme an Produktionsversuchen beim Kunden / Durchführung von Versuchen im kleinen Maßstab in der Anwendungsküche
- Projektmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Customer Service Manager
- Ausrichtung der Verkaufsstrategie für die Produktgruppen der Lieferanten mit Hilfe der Categorie Manager Au und des Country Managers
- Master-Abschluss in Lebensmitteltechnologie (oder ähnlich)
- mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie (Produktion/Verkauf) bevorzugt
- Fähigkeit zur Lösung technologischer Probleme und Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Lebensmittelprodukten
- außergewöhnlich gute Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und analytische Fähigkeiten,
- hohe Reisebereitschaft
- sehr gut organisiert, zuverlässig, positiv denkend
- sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (fließend in Wort und Schrift)
- Arbeiten in einem internationalen Team mit schlanken Strukturen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit marktführenden, innovativen Lieferanten mit hervorragenden Produkten
