- Konzeption, Abstimmung sowie Implementierung der Sustainable Purchasing & Sourcing Strategie gemäß den aktuellen ESG-Anforderungen (CS3D, CSRD, CBAM, Konfliktmineralien etc.)
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der ESG-Kompetenz in der globalen Einkaufsorganisation
- Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen im Lieferantennetzwerk
- Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung einer Lieferantenplattform zur Erfüllung der deutschen und europäischen Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetze
- Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Supplier Performance Levels in Hinblick auf Nachhaltigkeitskriterien
- Bearbeitung von ESG Aspekten in der Supply Chain in Abstimmung mit den Zentralbereichen ESG Supply Chain sowie Corporate Social Responsibility
- Mitarbeit in divisionsinternen Stakeholder-Dialogen zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen in der Supply Chain
- Konzeption und Durchführung von ESG Trainingsinitiativen für Lieferanten WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, oder -Ingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
- Vorzugsweise Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung im Bereich CSR-, CR- oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
- Einschlägiges Wissen zu relevanten ESG Rahmenwerken (Gesetze, Konzepte, Standards, Leitlinien & Normen)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen sowie strategischen Einkauf - idealerweise im Automotive Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie SAP
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Managementsystemen und Projektmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Souveräner Umgang mit gesellschaftlichen, kulturellen und ethischen Fragestellungen im betriebswirtschaftlichen Kontext
- Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie soziale Kompetenz im internationalen Umfeld
