Unterstütze gemeinsam mit Deinem Team aus dem Bereich Human Resources unsere Geschäftsbereiche in allen Aufgaben des Personalmanagements - von der Personalsteuerung über die Personalbeschaffung und -betreuung bis hin zum Personalcontrolling. Die Stelle ist befristet auf ein Jahr.

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) im HR Operations Support Team wirst Du bei uns mit einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika oder einer Ausbildung ist für diese Position wünschenswert.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes digitales Mindset und ein Verständnis dafür, wie digitale Technologien im HR-Bereich genutzt werden können, um Prozesse zu optimieren und die Effizienz zu steigern.
  • Du hast Freude daran, Daten zu analysieren und entsprechende Maßnahmen abzuleiten.

    Du willst unseren HR Bereich kennenlernen und mit Deinem Einsatz erfolgreicher machen? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen:
  • Du sichtest den Posteingang, postalisch und digital, für das gesamte HR Service Center und leitest diesen an die entsprechenden Fachbereiche weiter. Hierzu gehört auch die Bearbeitung von unzustellbaren Postausgangssendungen.
  • Du bearbeitest den Postausgang, also den Druck von Briefen und die Archivierung in die Personalakte.
  • Du arbeitest mit digitalen und physischen Personalakten, insbesondere geht es hierbei um das Scannen und die Validierung von Dokumenten für die digitale Personalakte.
  • Administrativ unterstützt Du in HR-Prozessen, insbesondere den Posteingang und Postversand sowie das HR Archiv betreffend.
