- Als Mechanical Integrity Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van prestaties van klantinstallaties op het gebied van beschikbaarheid, kosten, veiligheid en rendement. Hiertoe ontwikkel, implementeer en verbeter je installatiebeheer concepten. Een aantal taken;
- Analyseren en evalueren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en productieonderbrekingen, zodanig dat verbeteracties kunnen worden geïmplementeerd;
- Analyseren en implementeren van verbeterpotentieel om de betrouwbaarheid van (productie)installaties te verhogen, de kosten te verlagen en duur onderhoud en/of productiederving te voorkomen;
- Adviseren van de Maintenance Manager en Maintenance Engineers met betrekking tot onderhoudsplannen;
- Binnen de klant en de Stork organisatie coördineren van de processen op het gebied van onderhoud en procestechniek voor wat betreft best practices, normen en standaarden;
- Coördineren van projecten binnen het vakgebied.
- Om voor deze veelzijdige en uitdagende baan in aanmerking te komen, voldoe je in elk geval aan onderstaande criteria:
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevant technisch vakgebied;
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in de olie-, gas- of procesindustrieën in een van de volgende domeinen: Corrosieanalyse, Risk Based Inspections, Integrity Operating Window, Inspectiebeheer, Diktemeting en Fitness for Services;
- Kennis van toepasselijke normen zoals API 580, API 581, API 584, API 571 en API 579;
- Bekendheid met minstens één professionele softwaretoepassing in het domein van mechanische integriteit. Bekendheid met GE Digital is een pré;
- Gevorderd begrip van andere spelers actief in het Asset Management, inclusief rollen van betrouwbaarheid, procesveiligheid, onderhoud, onderhoudsstops, procesengineering en operaties;
- Gevorderde kennis van preventieve, voorspellende onderhoudstechnieken;
- Bekendheid met werken in internationale projectomgevingen;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal. Beheersing van andere talen zoals Nederlands, Duits, Frans en Spaans is een pré.

Waar ga je werken?
Bij onze klanten en die zitten verspreid over Nederland en Belgie en soms zelfs daarbuiten. We houden rekening met je woonplaats maar verwachten van jou wel flexibiliteit. Dit betekent dat je soms een aantal dagen in de week in de buurt van je klant moet overnachten. Vanzelfsprekend verzorgen wij daarvoor de mogelijkheden.
Ons kantoor zit in Utrecht en bied je dan ook de basis waar je andere collega's kan ontmoeten en waar je belangrijke overleggen plaats vinden.
