We are currentlyseeking a Senior Director of European Sales who is responsible forleading a diverse team focused on consistently growing our revenue,delighting customers, continually improving our commercialprocesses, and enabling team members to achieve performance andcareer goals. The Sr Dir EU sales leads a cross functionalteam of sales, customer service, solution engineers, andapplications scientists with a total population of 60 associatesand revenue responsibility over $70M. This role requires a highlevel of collaboration with other functional groups, includingMarketing, Service, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources. Anintegral part of this role is the ability to balance strategy andtactics and foster creativity and innovation directed towardsimproving Molecular Devices' commercial execution, commercial teamengagement, and coregrowth.
