- Durch Cold und Warm Outreach gehst du auf Leads zu und verkaufst unsere Lernplattform für Unternehmen an Kunden aus allen Segmenten.
- Am Anfang wird dein Fokus auf Deals zwischen 7.500€ und 50.000€ ARR liegen. Bei guten Leistungen steigt die Größe deiner Kunden.
- Du wirst zum Experten für digitale Bildung und die deutsche "Aus- & Weiterbildung". Du kannst Einwände wie kein anderer behandeln und potenzielle Kunden über den Nutzen unserer Lösung aufklären.
- Du bist hochmotiviert und organisiert. Du weißt immer, welche Kunden in deiner Pipeline welche Objections haben und hast einen klaren Plan, um sie zu lösen. Das gesamte Sales Team und vor allem der VP Sales stehen dir zur Seite und unterstützen dich beim Closing von neuen Accounts.
- Du probierst selbst immer wieder neue Dinge im Prozess aus und teilst diese mit dem Team. Wir lernen viel voneinander, weil wir immer wieder Neues ausprobieren. Den Drive besser zu werden, brauchen wir von jedem in unserem Sales Team
- Du hilfst deinen Kunden mit unserer Lösung, du verkaufst nicht einfach an jeden, der Budget bekommt. Uns ist Kundenbindung wichtig und diese fängt schon beim Verkauf an. Wir gewinnen Kunden nicht durch falsche Versprechungen, sondern durch top Beratung im gesamten Prozess.
- Vorherige Sales Erfahrung. Mind. 2+ Jahr Erfahrung in einem B2B-/SaaS-Unternehmen. Als SDR/BDR oder Account Executive.
- Nachweislicher Erfolg. Du hast nachweislich zum Erfolg deiner vorherigen Teams beigetragen.
- Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Unsere Kunden sind deutsch, unser Team international.
- Disziplin. Du lässt dich von Absagen am Telefon oder gescheiterten Deals nicht beeinflussen und schaffst es, dich jederzeit wieder selbst zu motivieren.
- Kundenfokus. Du stellst die Bedürfnisse und Needs von potentiellen Kunden über deine Provision. Dir ist es wichtig, Lösungen zu schaffen und so ein perfektes Fundament für eine langfristige Kooperation mit Kunden zu schaffen.
- Team Player. Toxische Sales Kultur gibt es bei uns nicht. Wir unterstützen uns bei Deals, beraten und lernen voneinander.
- CRM-Erfahrung. Grundkenntnisse in den gängigen CRM Tools sind vorhanden.
- Vorherige Erfahrung im Edtech Sektor, speziell im Bereich Aus- und Weiterbildung

Seit Herbst 2022 legen wir einen verstärkten Fokus auf unser B2B Geschäft und wachsen hier sehr schnell. Für die Verstärkung unseres Sales Team suchen wir jetzt einen weiteren Account Executive. Du kommst in unser Team, welches nach dem bewährten System aus SDRs, AEs und CSM arbeitet. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle im Wachstum von simpleclub.

Deine Vergütung: Wir Transparenz. Wir haben verschiedene Vergütungsstufen, anhand derer wir ein gerechtes Gehalt für jeden Bereich festlegen. Die Vergütung wird mindestens einmal im Jahr überprüft.
