- Acceptance of the vehicles
- Acceptance and checking of the vehicle keys and required accompanying documents for correctness and completeness
- Check for apparent technical defects in accordance with the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) on the basis of the Transport Responsibility 2 (TV2) checklist
- Release if the result is positive. If the transport vehicle is not in order, loading is not released until the defects have been rectified. If it is not possible to rectify the defects, refuse loading, ask the driver to leave the plant unloaded and inform the freight forwarder and the RD department
- Hand over the vehicle keys to the carrier and explain the condition of the vehicle to be loaded in accordance with checklist TV1 (e.g. ADS+, camouflage, battery disconnect switch, etc.)
- For vehicles that are subject to confidentiality or prototype protection, additionally request written confirmation of compliance with the confidentiality regulations from the transporter
- Inspect the loading of the vehicles in accordance with the specifications of the TV2 checklist and carry out a check of the transport and load securing
- Documentation of the checklist and/or photo documentation in the Q.DOME system
- Compile the required accompanying documents and hand them over to the carrier (consignment note, TV1, material pass, FEPLAS orders, HV component safety declaration if applicable)
- Documentation of the audit of the loading process with the corresponding documents by digitization (e.g. scanning, photo documentation) and archiving in the IT system (e.g. international CMR consignment note, TV1 checklist, confirmation of compliance with confidentiality regulations, material pass (if required), photo documentation)
- Take over the vehicle keys and accompanying documents from the carrier (copy of the consignment note, measurement/test reports for the specialist department if necessary) and check for completeness and correctness
- If necessary, initiate an escalation for vehicles that cannot be assigned
- Informing the person responsible for the vehicle about the vehicle delivery
- Check that the vehicle has been collected within the -hour period and, if necessary, remind the person responsible for the vehicle if it has not been collected and initiate escalation
- In the event of delivery of vehicles by an unauthorized transport company, defective transport vehicles, transport vehicles with significant technical defects in accordance with the StVO, obvious violation of camouflage requirements, loss of oil in vehicles, as well as emergency operations by rescue helicopters, act accordingly - in accordance with the specifications - escalate and document the processes
- The tasks of transport coordination and handling require the handling of vehicles and/or components before the respective Product Announcement Day (PAD)
- In general, protection requirements in accordance with the procedural instruction "Regulations for the protection and camouflage of design models/prototypes" (V ) and the applicable documents mentioned therein must be applied and complied with. It must be ensured that there is no leakage of information and that the parties involved act in accordance with the rules. In addition, the construction series-specific camouflage regulations, which are defined depending on the product development process of the respective projects (vehicles, units), must also be complied with. The current version of the applicable camouflage regulations must be applied. - Completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or similar. In the case of other commercial training, at least 2 years of professional experience in the forwarding industry or in the scheduling of vehicle transports
- Class B driver's license
