- Verantwortlich für Prozess- und Produkttransfers nach Dessau, deren Überführung in die Routineproduktion sowie Koordination der Prozessvalidierungsaktivitäten im GMP-Umfeld
- Selbständige und internationale Bearbeitung von Projekten als Projektleiter einschließlich der Erstellung, Führung und Nachverfolgung von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen und Transferdokumenten im Rahmen von Produkttransfers und Prozessoptimierungen und deren Reporting zu übergeordneten Strukturen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und internationalen Abteilungen, insbesondere den Qualitätskontrollfunktionen, Produktion, Engineering, R&D im Rahmen der Projektarbeit und der täglichen Routineabläufe
- Koordination, Nachverfolgung von Arbeitspaketen mit internen und externen Partnern
- Erstellung von Dokumenten gemäß den internationalen Standards (z.B. ISO-Konformität, GLP/GMP/QSR/FDA-Anforderungen, etc.) im Rahmen von Transfer- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten sowie für nachfolgende Validierungsaktivitäten und deren Risikomanagment (z.B. Strategie, Pläne, Protokolle, Berichte, etc.)
- Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei internen (Selbstinspektionen) und externen Audits (Behörden, Notified Bodys)
- Naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie oder Biotechnologie mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Produktentwicklungsaktivitäten und Projektmanagement in einem regulierten Bereich
- Industrieerfahrung in einem GMP-konformen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Prozessentwicklung, Design, Scale-up, Prozessoptimierung und Validierung wünschenswert
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise im internationalen Umfeld
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
- Teamorientierung und Eigenständigkeit
- Ein effektives Zeitmanagement gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
