    Aufgaben

    • Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifizierung und Ansprache von potenziellen Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten über verschiedene Kanäle und Netzwerke
    • Mit Deinem kommunikativen Geschick begeisterst du Talente für unsere spannenden Karrieremöglichkeiten und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich für unsere Kunden entscheiden
    • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem HR-Team zusammen, um die Anforderungen an die Positionen zu verstehen und passende Kandidatenprofile zu erstellen

    Qualifikation

    • Du bist ein echter Netzwerker und kennst die neuesten Trends und Methoden im Active Sourcing
    • Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Bereich Active Sourcing und Direktansprache mit- gerne auch mit Spezialisierung auf einzelne Berufsbilder
    • Mit Deiner offenen und überzeugenden Art schaffst Du es, Menschen für verschiedene Unternehmenskulturen zu begeistern und sie zu motivieren, den nächsten Karriereschritt zu gehen
    • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch bei parallelen Projekten stets den Überblick
    • Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
    • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Ergebnisorientierung
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
