- Contact person for all matters relating to Outsourcing in Group Operations & B2B in Germany (later also for France)
- Responsible for the commercial aspects with the service providers, such as contract updates and the invoicing process
- Managing our service providers, such as service meetings, controlling, risk analyses and termination concepts
- Responsible for authorizations in our and the service provider's systems
- Supporting audits of our internal and external audits
- Participation in projects within the scope of the different outsourcings such as new regulations, process changes or new service requests
- Good knowledge of banking processes, especially in the securities area
- Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Preference for administrative and communicative activities
- Fluent in English, German and French, written and spoken
- Accuracy, analytical and management skills
- Ability to work in a team across locations and countries
- Regular travel to all relevant locations of the group is expected - main locations are Frankfurt am Main and Paris
