- Angebotsverfolgung zur Identifikation des Entscheiders und Realisierung von Up-Selling-Potenzial
- Pflege und Kontrolle von Kundendaten und Dokumentation von Aktivitäten in unterschiedlichen CRM-Systemen
- Pflege von Excel-Listen
- Recherche von Informationen (via Internetrecherche und Telefon)
- Enger Austausch mit den betreuten Außendienstmitarbeitern
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von internen Prozessen
- Du hast eine freundliche Telefonstimme, begeisterst mit exzellenter Kommunikationsfähigkeit, bist selbstbewusst, kontaktfreudig und überzeugungsstark.
- Outbound Vertrieb ist deine Leidenschaft, Du machst dies mit Begeisterung
- Du denkst und handelst kundenorientiert.
- Du hast Interesse an der Baubranche.
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert und nimmst die Dinge selbst in die Hand.
- Du besitzt eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Aufgaben und Themen ein.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift – Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Französisch, Italienisch oder Polnisch sind ein Plus.
- Du kennst dich mit den Microsoft Office Programmen aus.
- Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, insbesondere im B2B Umfeld, sind von Vorteil.
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen, z.B. Salesforce oder Hubspot.

Über uns
Die Hochpunkt Vertriebssupport GmbH unterstützt als Vertriebsdienstleister nationale und internationale Unternehmen aus der Baubranche. Wir verstehen uns als Backoffice der Vertriebler unserer Kunden und unterstützen diese mit zahlreichen Tätigkeiten, wie der Identifikation und Qualifizierung von Leads, der Verdichtung von Informationen zu Bauprojekten und der Koordinierung von Terminen auf Entscheiderebene. Zum Ausbau unseres Teams suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (Vertriebssupport) (m/w/d), der Spaß daran hat, sich in einem dynamischen Team mit flachen Hierarchien voll einzubringen. Wir suchen Kolleg*innen mit "Vertrieb im Blut"
Du arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekten. Deine Verantwortung ist es, die bestmögliche Unterstützung der betreuten Vertriebsmitarbeiter sicherzustellen. Dabei arbeitest du in einem Projektteam, das von einem Projektleiter geführt wird.
