- Risk Management: Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung in allen geschäfts- und risikopolitischen Fragestellungen, insbesondere bei der Evaluierung und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäfts- und Risikostrategie.
- Du steuerst alle Risikomanagementprozesse, optimierst zugehörige Abläufe, Systeme sowie die Dokumentation und zeichnest verantwortlich für das Risikocontrolling – stets entlang der MaRisk.
- Unternehmenssteuerung: Du sicherst die Genauigkeit aller Zahlenwerke zur aktuellen und zukünftigen Geschäftssituation– Kosten- und Ertragszahlen, Prognosen, Forecasts, Projektcontrolling – und leitest aus den Analysen geschäftspolitische Maßnahmen ab und bist aktiv in die strategische und operative Business- und Liquiditätsplanung eingebunden.
- Du steuerst die Finanzbuchhaltung, erstellst den Jahresabschluss und Geschäftsbericht und erarbeitest ausbilanzwirtschaftlicher Sicht Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung.
- Statistik und aufsichtsrechtliches Meldewesen: Du gewährleistest, dass allen Meldevorschriften Folge geleistet wird, bist stets auf aktuellem Stand und verankerst gesetzliche und aufsichtsrechtliche Neuerungen stringent im Unternehmen.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Business Administration, Tax and Accounting oder einer angrenzenden Fachrichtung, gern gesehen bist du auch mit einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung und Fortbildung zum Bank- bzw. Sparkassenbetriebswirt (w/m/d).
- Wichtig sind Berufserfahrung in einem Finanzdienstleistungs- / Kreditinstitut oder einer Sparkasse und tiefe Einblicke in den Bereich Unternehmenscontrolling – du traust dir diese kaufmännische Steuerungsfunktion aufgrund guter Basis zu.
- Deine Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Risikomanagement, Banksteuerung und Rechnungswesen sind absolut fundiert und dank deiner bisherigen Laufbahn auf die Praxis und Effizienz zugeschliffen.
- Du überzeugst auf allen Ebenen mit deiner prägnanten Kommunikation und deiner ausgeprägten Sozialkompetenz.
