- You are responsible for ensuring that our innovative software products reach our customers. This involves coordinating with the development team and the Product Owner on one side and project managers on the other, as well as aligning and monitoring the delivery process.
- You structure the planning of development tasks into sprints according to Agile methodology to ensure necessary planning security, both externally towards customers and internally towards the entire organization.
- You coordinate testing activities with our dedicated testing team to guarantee a high-quality standard of our products for our customers. You collaborate with relevant experts to further optimize and automate the testing process.
- You ensure the quality of tickets in the delivery backlog to provide transparency for emerging tasks. For this, you align the guidelines for ticket structure with project managers and developers and enforce compliance.
- You drive the analysis and effort estimation for new requirements within the product area together with the Product Owner to ensure an efficient development process.
- You seek alignment with the delivery managers of adjacent product areas for cross-functional requirements management. Your Profil
- Completed degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You bring several years of proven professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an agile environment. Additionally, you have gained experience in software development yourself.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of agile methods, ideally certified with relevant certifications.
- You have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- You have a solid understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to software platforms, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams. Experience in Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) or related areas of the mobility industry is a significant advantage.
- You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and comprehensibly. Fluent English and German language skills are required. Benefits
