- Bearbeitung von Incidents, Change Requests und Demands
- Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Investment Controlling durch innovatives Lösungsdesign
- Unterstützung von Testaktivitäten im Rahmen von Projekten und Releases
- Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten zur Transformation der globalen IT-Landschaft
- Koordinierung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Gewährleistung und Einhaltung der SLA
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Anwendern und nationalen IT-Abteilungen
- Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT, BWL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Projekt- oder Consulting-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise im IT-Umfeld
- Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP PS, vorzugsweise auch SAP IM, und verbundenen Geschäftsprozessen im Investment Controlling
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Integration von SAP PS mit externen Systemen
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit ServiceNow sowie ITIL-basierten Prozessen im IT Service Management
- Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und Demand Management
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft und fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in angrenzenden Modulen SAP FI/CO/AA von Vorteil
