    Als Trainee Quality and Environmental Management unterstützen Sie das Team bei einschlägigen Projekten im Bereich des Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagements.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie unterstützen das Team bei seinen Hauptprojekten, wie bspw. Stücklistenmanagement, KVP und Rohstoffmanagement.
  • Sie bringen sich bei der Optimierung der bestehenden Qualitäts- und Umweltprozesse ein.
  • Außerdem unterstützen Sie bei der Digitalisierungsstrategie sowie bei den täglichen Aufgaben des Teams.
  • Sie lernen WEPA und unsere werks- und regionsspezifischen Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement-Prozesse kennen und verstehen.
  • Sie bauen ein ganzheitliches Wissen rund um den Bereich Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement auf und arbeiten bei dessen Optimierung mit.
  • Sie agieren als Schnittstellenfunktion vom Kunden, über Lieferanten bis zur hin Produktion.

    • Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium.
  • Erfahrung und Know-How: Technische oder technologische Vorkenntnisse, Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement wünschenswert, . im Rahmen von Praktika, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Persönlichkeit: Hohe Teamfähigkeit, zielorientiert, Flexibilität, Kenntnisse in interkultureller Kommunikation.
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohes Maß an Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sonstiges: Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der EU.
