    What to expect:

    Onboarding of new team members:

    • Collaborate with our Onboarding Manager to develop training plans for our Customer Success Onboarding, setting clear learning goals.
    • Create training content to engage and prepare our new joiners for our customers.

    Training & Enablement:

    • Design innovative workshop formats on communication techniques, especially sales methods, and lead them independently.
    • Work closely with our Customer Success Team, aligning training focuses with current performance KPIs.
    • Act as a product expert, enabling the team to easily explain and sell.

    Collaboration & Feedback:

    • Provide constructive feedback to create individual development plans and enhance team performance.
    • Continuously optimize the impact of your trainings, evaluating approaches in customer interactions.

    We would like to meet you if you:

    • Bring several years of training experience in sales and/or customer success, along with a degree in Psychology/Business Education and/or certification as a trainer.
    • Have proven experience in sales training, ideally in the SaaS industry or healthcare sector.
    • Possess strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
    • Can effectively communicate complex technical information.
    • Have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to coach a diverse team in various disciplines.
    • Are fluent in German and English.
