    AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT

    Als Senior Manager Financial Condition Database bist Du für die Gewährleistung des operativen Betriebs des Condition Management Tool (CMT), auf Grundlage von Systemprozessen für die Erstellung und Abrechnung von Einkaufsbedingungen, verantwortlich.

  • Nachträgliche Abrechnungskonditionen, . Bonus, COOP/WKZ & strategisches Budget
  • Rabatte auf Rechnungen
  • Management der One-Europe-Konditionen: Eintrittsbedingungen, Vererbung an die relevanten Länder für die Bonusabrechnung
  • Verwaltung der technischen Umsetzung neuer rechtlicher oder funktionaler Anforderungen für CMT durch Festlegung einer neuen Bonusberechnungsgrundlage und Steuerklassifizierung
  • Internes Kontrollsystem: Überprüfung des Benutzerzugangs zum CMT und notwendige Anpassungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung
  • Zusammen mit der Konzernrevision und den internen Kontrollen dokumentierst Du Überprüfungsprozesse
  • Verwalte die Verlängerung von Konditionen, die vom Category Management festgelegt wurden
  • Schulung neuer Kollegen in Bezug auf Funktionen und Handhabung des CMT
    Bereitstellung von CMT First Level Support für die Länder DE, AT, CH, PL
    • DEINE SKILLS
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Kenntnisse im Einkauf und kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit der Einzelhandelsbranche
  • Analytisches Denken: Du denkst kritisch, analysierst komplexe Daten und Probleme, um fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffen
  • Deine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise ermöglicht dir die Einhaltung von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen und Budgets, um eine erfolgreiche Einführung zu gewährleisten
  • Technisches Fachwissen: Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in relevanten Systemen wie SAP Retail sowie deren Funktionalitäten sammeln
  • Du fühlst Dich wohl in einem komplexen und sich ständig verändernden Geschäftsumfeld
  • Mit Deiner Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch vermittelst Du unsere Markenbotschaft und förderst unsere Ziele
