- Independently managing the entire recruitment process for positions in the software sector, from needs analysis to successful placement.
- Close collaboration with departments and internal stakeholders to understand the requirements for new positions, create suitable candidate profiles and ensure positive candidate experience.
- Identification, outreach, and recruitment of highly qualified technical professionals.
- Building and maintaining a talent pool of professionals for future positions.
- Conducting interviews, technical assessments, and evaluating candidates.
- Developing strategies for employee retention and talent development.
- Tracking trends and best practices in tech recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
- Hands-on experience in tech recruiting, preferably in an IT company.
- Demonstrable success in recruiting IT specialists, software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of current trends and technologies in the IT sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (German is a big plus).
- Strong team orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic and start-up environment.
- Experience in using modern recruitment tools and technologies.
- High initiative and proactive work approach.
