    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the global marketing communications director of the MIS business. This leadership role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business objectives across global markets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and a proven track record of successfully leading global marketing communications teams.

    Tasks

    • Strategize, develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications plans for the product management and sales stakeholders that achieve their business objectives.
    • Set the campaign agenda and lead the execution of marketing campaigns with the internal marketing departments (digital, creative services, branding, regional) across various channels and platforms, including digital, social media, traditional media, and events, to drive engagement, customer acquisition and new product launches.
    • Manage global marketing communications team: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a diverse team of marketing professionals located in multiple regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, media partners, industry influencers, and thought leaders, to amplify brand reach and impact.
    • Content strategy and development: Oversee the development of compelling and relevant content, including value-based messaging, assets, and multimedia materials, that resonate with target audiences and drives desired actions.
    • Media relations and public relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure media coverage.
    • Measurement and analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of marketing communications initiatives.
    • Budget management: Develop, manage, and optimize the marketing communications budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of growth track record in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global or regional teams.
    • Proven track record of executing successful integrated marketing communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and clear business results.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading and motivating diverse teams in a global and dynamic environment.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.
    • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and an innate customer focus, with the ability to develop compelling campaigns that convert target audiences.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relations, with hands-on experience leveraging these channels to drive results.
    • A practical-minded leader and innovative troubleshooter, focused on achieving the objectives. Rolls-up sleeves with the team when needed.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and industry influencers.
    • Ability to thrive in a global and multicultural environment, with experience working across different regions, cultures, and time zones.
