We're uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud. Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.

Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM

You will operate within the domain "", which the technical heart of the car consisting of the highly integrated computing platforms for different domains like Infotainment, Body, Connected Vehicle and more. We support the project management and system engineering teams of this domain in their daily work, take on sub-project management tasks that contribute to efficient project development, and we also drive continuous improvement of our development processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Central point of contact for classification, evaluation, prioritizing and rescheduling of error tickets
Define project specific problem resolution management strategy and take care of its implementation
Drive resolution of errors occurring in our Intelligent Cockpit and Body products by coordination and tracking of issues to closure with Suppliers, Function Owner, Brands and interdisciplinary teams
Check available information regarding consistency and correctness as well as gather missing information from stakeholders
Provide detail driven analysis regarding errors to help the management in the better decision making
Prepare reports on error development, present them in respective committees and escalate rational gaps
Support in process optimization and configuration of development tools as well as writing scripts to automate recurring processes

WHO YOU ARE

Successfully completed university studies in the field of computer engineering, computer sciences, electrical engineering, information technology or comparable disciplines
At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry with a strong background in software development, its verification or automotive electronics
Experienced with issue and project tracking software tools such as ALM/Jira/VW KPM advanced skills in MS Excel and ideally Power BI
Overall understanding of system development processes according to ASPICE, UNECE GSR and ISO26262
Strong analytical mind set, excellent problem-solving ability and high assertiveness paired with outstanding communication and conflict management talent are among your skills
Enjoyment of administrative and coordinative tasks with internal and external contact persons
Good English and German language skills
