- In dieser Rolle bist Du in alle Phasen des Projekts, von Kick-off bis Abschluss, involviert und unterstützt unsere Kunden betreuend und beratend bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen.
- Zur Beantwortung der Kundenfragestellung greifst Du nicht nur auf Marktforschungsdaten zurück, sondern auch auf umfangreiche Sekundärdaten und ziehst interne IQVIA-Experten oder externe Quellen zu Rate.
- Innerhalb von Marktforschungsprojekten bist Du für die Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle zuständig und greifst dabei auf ein breites Spektrum von Methoden zurück (quantitativer und qualitativer Natur).
- Du bist für die Koordination der Marktforschungsstudien zuständig und zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere wesentlichen internen und externen Stakeholder sowie Dienstleister.
- Du bist für die Analyse, Aufbereitung, Interpretation von Studienergebnissen verantwortlich.
- Darüber hinaus wirkst Du bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen und -workshops mit.
- Du unterstützt aktiv das Business Development hinsichtlich Konzeption, Angebotserstellung und –kalkulation.
- Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften).
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Marktforschungsbranche, idealerweise auf Agenturseite.
- Gutes Grundverständnis und Interesse an der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
- Ausgezeichnetes analytisches Denkvermögen und Datenaffinität, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohe Belastbarkeit.
- Aufgeschlossenes Wesen, souveränes Auftreten sowie sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
- Qualitäts-, Service- und Lösungsorientierung.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
