    Role: Manager Quality Control Microbiology.

    Location: Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany.

    The Company:

    A global vaccine company manufacturing life saving medicines is seeking a new QC Microbiology Manager. They have a global workforce across North America, Europe, and Asia.

    The Role:

    The role of QC Microbiology Manager offers you the opportunity to use your expertise to define and drive the Quality Control Microbiology department in one of the worlds most exciting Biopharmaceuticals advances.

    Responsibilities:

    • Setting up and overseeing a laboratory team responsible for microbiological quality control at the Facility site.
    • Enhancing process development.
    • Managing Quality Events efficiently.
    • Strategizing personnel and analytical equipment capacity for uninterrupted analysis.
    • Designing and executing theoretical and hands-on training sessions as a training officer for the lab team.
    • Serving as a specialist contact for select tests like sterility testing, bacterial count determination, endotoxin determination, cell-based efficacy testing, environmental monitoring, germ identification using MALDI TOF, and culture media control.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years GMP QC Microbiology Experience.
    • Sterile Experience.
    • Scientific Degree from University.
    • Fluent in German and English.
