- Verantwortlich für incoming und outgoing Austauschstudierende und damit verbundene Aufgaben.
- Organisation eines MBA European Summer Program.
- Koordination des Stipendienprogramms ERASMUS+.
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Ausländerbehörde in Koblenz (in Bezug auf die Aufenthaltsgenehmigung von Austauschstudierenden).
- Verantwortlich für weitere auf den Studierendenaustausch bezogene Aufgaben und Projekte, wie die Digitalisierung der internen Prozesse.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder ähnliche Qualifikation in einem relevanten Fachgebiet.
- Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im internationalen Umfeld.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Serviceorientierung.
- Sehr hohe Qualität in der schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Selbständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch unter Zeitdruck.
- Interkulturelle Erfahrung (z. B. Berufserfahrung im Ausland/ Auslandsstudium).
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office.

Die WHU sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Vallendar einen Manager (w/m/d) für das International Relations Office in Vollzeit. Das International Relations Office ist ein engagiertes und flexibles Team, das die Studierenden-Austauschaktivitäten der WHU mit ihren mehr als 200 Partneruniversitäten auf der ganzen Welt organisiert und betreut.Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert oder entfristet werden.

WHU invites applications for the full-time position of a Manager (f/m/d) for our International Relations Office located at WHU Campus Vallendar, to start as soon as possible. The International Relations Office is a committed and flexible team, which organizes and supervises student exchange activities between WHU and its more than 200 partner universities.This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.
