- Erfahrung im Entwurf von Plattformen im Bereich der Elektronik

Was darf bei keinem Smartphone fehlen? Genau, der Mikrochip - das Herzstück eines jeden elektronisch gesteuerten Systems. Rund 80 Prozent aller Mikrochips weltweit werden mit ZEISS Technologien gefertigt. ZEISS ist Technologieführer im Bereich Halbleiterfertigungs-Equipment.
Mit hochpräzisen Lithografie-Optiken, Fotomasken-Systemen und Lösungen für die Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Herstellung von immer kleineren, leistungsfähigeren und energieeffizienteren Mikrochips - und prägt so mit seinen Innovationen das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik entscheidend mit.
Was wäre jedoch eine Lithografie-Optik ohne die sie steuernde Elektronik und Software? Es gäbe keine Chance, die erforderliche Abbildungspräzision zu erreichen. Erst die Ansteuerungselektroniken einer Lithografie-Optik im Verbund mit den zugehörigen Sensoren und Aktoren sorgen dafür, dass die Optikelemente bis zu mehrere zehntausend Male pro Sekunde im geschlossenen Regelkreis mit äußerster Genauigkeit ausgerichtet werden - dadurch wird die die notwendige Präzision im Belichtungsprozess ermöglicht.
Im Fokus unserer Arbeit in den Abteilungen Produktelektronik und Produktsoftware stehen alle Bereiche der Elektronikentwicklung: analoge und digitale Hardwareentwicklung, Realtime und Non-Realtime Softwareentwicklung, FPGA-Design und -Verifikation sowie Elektrokonstruktion. Dabei decken wir alle Schritte vom Requirementsmanagement über Design, Prototypenaufbau, Testing bis hin zur Industrialisierung ab.
